Circuit Sensors Return Policy

At Circuit Sensors, we are committed to providing quality products and exceptional customer service. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, this Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which returns and exchanges can be processed.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be returned within 30 days from the delivery date.
- The product must be in its original condition, unused, and include all original packaging, components, and documentation.
- Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation) is required.
- Custom or special-order items, as well as products marked as “final sale,” are not eligible for return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Custom or special-order products.
- Items marked as “final sale” or “non-refundable.”
- Opened or used consumables (e.g., adhesives, mounting supplies).
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or neglect.
3. Return Process
3.1 Initiating a Return
To initiate a return, please contact Circuit Sensors’ customer service team:

Provide the following details:
- Order number.
- The product(s) you wish to return.
- The reason for the return.
3.2 Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective product).
- Use a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely. Circuit Sensors is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
4. Refunds
4.1 Processing Refunds
- Refunds will be processed once the returned product is received and inspected.
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
4.2 Restocking Fee
- A 35% restocking fee will apply to all returned items, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
4.3 Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
5. Exchanges
5.1 Eligibility for Exchanges
Products can be exchanged for the same item or another item of equal or lesser value, subject to availability.
5.2 Process
To request an exchange, contact our customer service team. Exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of delivery and are subject to the same conditions as returns.
5.3 Restocking Fee for Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to the same 35% restocking fee, unless the exchange is due to an incorrect or defective product shipped by Circuit Sensors.
6. Defective or Damaged Items
If your product is defective or damaged upon arrival:
- Document the defect or damage with photographs.
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Retain all packaging materials for inspection by the carrier.
Circuit Sensors will provide a replacement or issue a refund, and return shipping costs will be covered for defective or damaged items.
7. Warranty Claims
Certain products may be covered under manufacturer warranties. Please refer to the warranty documentation provided with your product or contact us for assistance with warranty claims.
8. International Returns
For international returns:
- Customers are responsible for all shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes associated with the return.
- Returns must meet all other eligibility requirements to be processed.
